How does CNFans's VIP program work?
CNFans has a 7-tier VIP system (VIP0–VIP6) based on cumulative shipping spend (1 CNY of shipping = 1 growth point). Benefits scale from 1% shipping discount and 10% off value-added services at VIP1 up to 6% shipping discount, 40% off value-added services, and monthly shipping coupons at VIP6 — one of the most developed loyalty programs among agents.
How long does CNFans store items?
CNFans offers 60 days of free storage from the 'stored' status — shorter than some agents — with reminders before expiry. You can buy an extension (¥10 per 30 days) from 20 days before to 7 days after expiry, but parcels left past the window are disposed of, so it's best for buyers who consolidate within a couple of months.
Does CNFans support Weidian and Yupoo?
CNFans officially supports Taobao, 1688 and Weidian, and handles Yupoo, Xianyu and Pinduoduo through its DIY Orders form. Yupoo is actually one of its biggest referral sources, so Yupoo-based rep spreadsheets are widely used with CNFans even though Yupoo isn’t on its headline source list.
What QC does CNFans include?
Every order includes 3–5 free standard QC photos covering style, quantity, color, size, model and flaws (round marks ≥0.5cm or others ≥1cm are flagged).
