Which platforms can I buy from through ACBuy?

Does ACBuy charge a service fee?
ACBuy charges no agent commission on standard platforms (Taobao, Tmall, JD, 1688, Pinduoduo, Vipshop). Special platforms — Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Xianyu and others — carry a flat 10 CNY per item. Your total is the product cost plus international shipping, which itself includes a 10–30 CNY customs declaration fee and an 8 CNY handling fee.

What is AC Care, and is my order insured?
AC Care is ACBuy's branded insurance. It covers three scenarios — shipping delay (20% of shipping refunded), loss or damage, and customs seizure — paying out up to 10,000 CNY (7,000 for goods plus 3,000 for shipping). Pricing is a flat 20 CNY per item for coverage up to 667 CNY, or 3% of value above that. Claims must be filed within 30 days.
